Iredell Weekly Arrest Log Source
The Sheriff's official multi-day starting point is the Iredell P2C Event Search. Iredell County lists it separately from the Daily Bulletin. Expect a disclaimer screen first. Agree, then set your span. The date and event controls are built for searching a range rather than one bulletin date. "Weekly" describes your search range, not a county product. Iredell County publishes no fixed seven-day window, update schedule, or archive depth. Pick real dates instead. Choose arrest events when that filter appears, and save the range you used.
Read Iredell’s Multi-Day Arrest Blotter
- Open the official P2C Event Search and review the public disclaimer.
- Continue only after understanding that public event information can be incomplete or later corrected.
- Enter a start and end date that cover the uncertain period. Record both dates for later comparison.
- Limit the event type to arrests when available. Do not mix citations, incidents, and ordinance events into an arrest count.
- Open a likely event and preserve the case number, agency, event date, name spelling, and charge wording.
- Check the Inmate Inquiry only if current county custody is also at issue.
- Use the Sheriff’s Records Division or the arresting agency when an underlying report is needed.
The Daily Arrest Report fits a single date. The Iredell recent-arrests hub extends into court, photo, state, federal, and municipal follow-up.
Inside the Iredell Event Search
The official P2C Event Search opens with a disclaimer, then its date-range controls.

The page shows the multi-day search route, not names or booking photos.
What Iredell Arrest-Log Fields Mean
An event result and a jail roster record answer different questions. Read each field within its own source.
| Field | Meaning in a multi-day search |
|---|---|
| Date range | The interval submitted by the reader, not an official guarantee of archive completeness. |
| Case number | A useful identifier for agency and court follow-up; preserve its formatting. |
| Name | Confirm spelling with another field because similar names and data-entry variations occur. |
| Event date | May precede the date the event became public online. |
| Agency or officer | Helps route a report request to the Sheriff or municipal department. |
| Charge or description | Reflects an event or booked charge. |
| Location and property | Public-safety fields may be blank, redacted, or irrelevant to jail custody. |
| Photo | No separate county policy promises a photograph in Event Search. P2C photo availability varies by record. |
| Bond or release | Roster detail may show these custody facts; Event Search should not be assumed to do so. |
Delayed Iredell Arrest Postings
The P2C Daily Bulletin itself warns that some events may not post on the day they occurred. That delay matters. A date-range search can catch an arrest a one-day check missed. No Iredell County source says how long delays last. Weekends have no published posting schedule either. So a Monday surge of Iredell County arrests may simply reflect late reporting, processing, or your chosen date filter. Do not assume every entry happened over the weekend. Search overlapping dates when tracing an arrest. Where available, compare the event date, the arrest date, and the booking agency field.
Iredell Free News Arrest Roundups
Iredell Free News News & Features runs date-ranged "ICSO Felony Arrests" roundups. Those roundups are credited to the Sheriff's Office. Mooresville Police stories appear there too. The roundups cover selected felony arrests, not every Iredell County booking. Still, they show how local enforcement was described across county communities.

The news page displays its date-range format plainly. Those summaries are selective felony roundups, not Iredell County's complete booking feed. Iredell County Television posts daily crime and public-safety updates. Regional broadcasters pick stories by their own bar. News timing and selection differ from booking processing, and an agency-supplied image in a story is not automatically a booking photograph. Return to P2C or the originating department for the record, and to the courts for the outcome.
Official Records Before Copied Arrest Sites
Start with Event Search, the Sheriff, and the courts. Unofficial arrest sites copy Iredell County data secondhand. They can scrape, reformat, delay, duplicate, omit, or hold records differently. Their pagination proves nothing about accuracy or custody. RecentlyBooked's Iredell page advertises past-30-days coverage, several daily refreshes, and fields like booking date, agency, charges, bond, and an image. Those are publisher claims, not a county-certified window. The Busted Newspaper Iredell page offers deep pagination over copied booking fields. Yet depth never proves currentness. Mugshots.com skews archival. Mugshots.zone lists current-dated entries, though without any county certification behind them. Arrests.org's county route often fails to load. None of them proves who stays in the Iredell County jail.
A Third-Party Thirty-Day View
The RecentlyBooked Iredell page paginates about a month of booking entries.

This view only explains how copied arrest records get labeled. Verify every item against official Iredell County sources.
Where Old Iredell Arrest Entries Go
The Sheriff publishes no online retention number for Event Search. Rows vanish from P2C on no set schedule. North Carolina's county sheriff records schedule governs the underlying series instead. Arrest-processing tracking records run one year. Standalone arrest reports last five years after the arrest. A report folded into a case file follows the felony or misdemeanor case-history series. Identification photographs not kept in a case file run three years. Inmate incarceration records are kept three years. That clock starts after release or transfer. Inmate list reports may go when superseded or obsolete. Holds for litigation, audits, investigations, or public-records requests can block destruction. None of that guarantees P2C display. A vanished row doesn't prove destruction. Ask if the arrest report or photo joined a case file. Also ask whether a hold, sealing order, or expunction applies.
Request an Older Iredell Arrest Record
The Iredell Sheriff's Records Division handles requests for older arrest records. Keep your request tight. Give the full name and the approximate arrest date. Include the arresting or booking agency too. Add the location of the event and any case or booking number you know. Ask for one specific report or booking photo rather than a broad sweep. It also helps to request the format, the cost, and the expected review time. Ask for an explanation of any redaction or withholding up front.
A booking archive is the wrong tool for a court outcome. For that, turn to the Iredell Clerk of Superior Court or NC eCourts instead. The State Archives is better suited to older historical series. Much of its court material predates the Court Reform era around 1970. It is no shortcut to a recent mugshot. NCDAC holds state correctional records. Federal records sit with the relevant federal agency or court. Match each request to the right record series and custody system from the start.
Iredell Arrest Logs Are Not Verdicts
An arrest log shows who was booked into the Iredell County jail, and nothing more. It is a snapshot of one moment. A name on the Iredell County arrest log means an arrest happened, plain and simple. Courts handle the rest of the story later.
